We have a range of text books available to assist you with your study. We also have books written by local authors and about local history. You are welcome to come in and have a browse. Registration is free and if we don’t have the text book you require for study our staff will do their best to source it for you.
We are also offering a Mobile Resource Service to schools. The overall objective of our Mobile Resource visits is to promote equity of service, to allow everyone the opportunity to access our resources.
We will ensure our mobile library caters for all schools from North to East, South and West in Te Hiku.
Our visits will happen at the beginning of the school term with resources relevant to your term topic delivered to you and any other resources you may find of interest. We will return at the end of the school term to collect the resources. This is a free service for our rural community, your support and use of this will determine the feasibility for continuing to deliver this service.
Our friendly staff are always happy to help.
