Are you a job seeker needing motivation to move forward or want a career change? Do you want to get fit and have fun?

We are introducing a 5 week course that will help you on your way.

2x weekly commando style workouts

2x weekly support sessions including; motivation, personal progress, building confidence and career pathway

Men and Woman of all ages that are not in school are welcome
